High Speed Heavy Duty Moulding Breakthroughs


When looking for really high productivity, high precision, and labor cost-cutting 4-side moulder, the GAU JING GH series is the right choice. This moulder integrates many outstanding features, such as rugged machine structure, rigid spindle assembly, maximum cutting stability, precision spindles and combined with specially designed hydraulic outboard bearing support on horizontal spindles. It set up a new standard for a high speed 4-side moulder.

Powerful feeding performance is achieved through a gearbox transmission. Driven by strong and big motors and combined with frequency inverter control feature maximum smoothness in heavy cutting. Furthermore, the GH series 4-side moulder is available to fit with straight jointer and profile jointer devices and computerized automatic position control for upgrading operation convenience and cutting accuracy.

FEATURES

POWERFUL PRESSURE MECHANISM

The top and side pressure devices for the right and left vertical spindles are actuated by powerful air cylinders combined with pressure rollers for maximum stability under heavy duty machine.

CENTRALIZED CONTROL PANEL 

The entire motion commands of the machine are centralized on the control panel for convenient operations. Figures are given on the control panel for easy understanding of each button and switch.

POWERFUL TABLE ROLLER, PRESSURE ROLLER; CLUTCH ROLLER

*The infeed end of the machine is equipped with two powered table rollers to ensure smooth workpiece feeding effect even under high-speed machine conditions.

*Infeed feeding roller with clutch rollers, the infeed feeding roller and structure of feeding rollers will not be damaged by the high speed feeding.

*4 sets of pressure roller from above before bottom spindle, and side pressure roller before/after bottom spindle with all pneumatic type, increase the stability of woodpieces planing.

HYDRAULIC OUTBOARD BEARING SUPPORT ON HORIZONTAL SPINDLE

Hydraulic outboard bearing support on the top and bottom spindles assure maximum stableness while high speed cutting.

INDIVIDUAL CONTROLLED PRESSURE BOARD 

Eliminate the conventional integrated pressure board, the GH moulder employs individual control for rear pressure board on top horizontal spindle. This outstanding design fully eliminates the problem of poor stability.

VERTICAL opposite directly (OPTIONAL)
Right and left spindles opposite directly to cutting the width from both left and right sides of the curved woodpieces are more perfect and stable.

ATS SYSTEM (OPTIONAL)

* The ATS system employs a PLC controller combined with touch sensing screen and driven by servo motor for maximum operation convenience.

*The control system provides 200 sets memories.

 

SPINDLE DIGITAL POSITIONING CONTROLLER (OPTIONAL)

*Available to equip for controlling any spindle as requested.

*The digital positioning controller permits fast, convenient and high accuracy spindle positioning.

*With 50 sets memories.

BOTTOM SURFACE STRAIGHTENING DEVICE (OPTIONAL)

A groove guide table is available to equip between the first and second horizontal spindle, which is professional for bottom warped wood. The groove guide table employs a groove cutter to perform coarse cutting first, and then followed with a planer knife to cut, ensuring a smooth bottom surface before planing.

PROFILE JOINTER (OPTIONAL)

*The fully automatic profile jointer is via remote control, and for convenient operation.

*The profile jointer is performed directly on the moulder for a consistent cutting circle for all knives. It assures repetitive profile accuracy and superior surface effect.

*The jointing stone feed is pneumatically operated.

STRAIGHT AND PROFILE JOINTER (OPTIONAL)

When requested, each spindle could be equipped with straight and profile jointer. It permits direct knife jointer on the machine for ensuring concentricity accuracy of the cutter.
